Hi Divers

With the long weekend on the way, we have plenty happening at the shop to keep us busy.  Craig and Fizzy are taking ten divers to The Poor Knights for four days of diving, Dave is taking 7 spearos to The Mercury Islands for two days of spearfishing and Karl is taking ten divers out to Kapiti Island.  As well as this we have an open water course doing their sea dives and dive club dives.

DIVE CLUB DIVES

Please note there is no dive club dive this Saturday.

Sunday meeting at the shop at 2pm and Monday meeting at the shop at 9.30am.

Tuesday evening leaving  the shop at 6pm.

BOAT CHARTERS PLANNED FOR NEXT WEEKEND

Saturday 28th leaving the shop at 7.45am for 2 dives on the wreck of the F69

Saturday 28th 11.30am for 2 crayfish dives...you need to be an advanced diver and comfortable with dives up to 30 meters.

Sunday 29th leaving the shop at 8am for 2 crayfish dives

WILD BLUE SPEARFISHING DAY

Once again we are hosting Wild Blue for their annual Summer Series spearfishing day. Sunday February 5th for a great day out for all spearo's, with a bbq and prizegiving back at the shop to finish the day. Register your interest by email.

SPEARO DAY

Join us for a day of spearfishing, 8am at the shop Saturday February 4th. No charge at all if you don't need any hire gear, just chip in for fuel if car pooling. The plan is to head to the best spot on the day and if possible over the gate. Register with the shop and let us know if you have a 4wd.

OCEANHUNTER FREEDIVING COURSE

A mixture of theory, pool and sea training, this course is the best way to improve your freediving. Starts at 6pm Friday 2nd of March and runs over the weekend. This course is very popular and has started to fill, we have 3 spaces left. $430 and a deposit of $50 will hold your place.

POOR KNIGHTS LABOUR WEEKEND

Join us for four days of diving The Poor Knights aboard Pacific hideaway. Book by paying a deposit now and take advantage of cheaper airfares. $795 includes accommodation, meals, transfers, weight belt and tank hire. 5 spaces left.

This summer we are also planning trips to dive Napier Aquarium and Lake Taupo, let us know if you would like more info on either of these trips.
